Ford officially launched its new version of Fiesta during the Los Angeles auto show.Ford promises a high fuel economy for this new fiesta and is expected to roll out in USA by 2010 summer.The main attraction of new fiesta is its 1.6 litre four cyllinder engine with VVT technology, which has a maximum power of 119 bhp.5-Speed manual transmission and a 6-Speed automatic transmission with dual clutch is provided in new Ford Fiesta.
As the competition is tight,the price of new fiesta will be another attraction.Ford company has not yet officially declaired the actual price of new fiesta,but will be anyway truely competitive.
New Fiesta comes with lot of standard facilities like radio with auxillary input,tilt steering,capless fuel filler,stability control,ABS,airbags,etc.Additional features like push button start,sunroof,leather seats etc are optional.Also,the company will arrange facilities for personal customerization which includes alloy wheels,graphics and so on.The navigation system becomes more modern with detailed information.
A four door sedan and a five door hatchback will be available in the market and the automatic double clutch version will have an advanced economy mode which provides better mileage
The new fiesta will be available in nine different colours which includes lime squeeze,blue flame,yellow blaze,etc.
