Harley Davidson Motorcycle models,launch details and price in India

Harley Davidson announced its launch of 12 models in India during the 2010 Delhi Auto Expo.The motorcycles were displayed during the event but will only start its booking by April 2010.Harley Davidson will have 5 booking showrooms ie in New Delhi,Mumbai,Bangalore,Hyderabad and Chandigarh.The bike will be available in the market by June 2010.

At first,the company will import motorcycles as completely built units and the price will be between 695000 INR and 3495000 INR(ex-showroom New Delhi).Harley Davidson company has started its promotional events in all major cities in India to give the interested people an opportunity to know more about the bike and company.

The 12 motorcycles represents 5 families and they are:

VRSC - VRSCDX NIGHT ROD SPECIAL

Dyna - FXDB STREET BOB
            FXDC SUPER GLIDE CUSTOM

Softail - FLSTF FAT BOY
             FLSTC HERITAGE SOFTAIL CLASSIC

Touring - FLHR ROAD KING
               FLHX STREET GLIDE
               FLHTCUSE ULTRA CLASSIC ELECTRA GLIDE

Sportster - XL 883L SPORTSTER
                 XL 1200N NIGHTSTER
                 XL 883R ROADSTER
                 XR 1200X

Anyway,its a good news for the bike enthusiasts that the global leader of touring and cruising bike will be available in India.
